Q Will compatible cartridges work in my printer?

A Yes they will work in your printer.  I can’t see why they would not work but if you do have problems you can check out our troubleshooting page on our website and if this does not help Email us or give us a call.

Q Will compatible cartridges invalidate my warranty?

A No, using compatible cartridges does not invalidate your warranty.  It is illegal for manufacturers to void your warranty just because you have used third party cartridges.

Q Why do they look different to the original cartridges we have received before?

A Compatible cartridges will look different to the original cartridges because the original cartridges have a copy right for the design of the cartridge.  They can also look different from one manufacturer to another but they will still work and fit in your printer.

Q The packaging is different are these the correct cartridges?

A Sometimes our supplier’s change the packaging but they are still the same cartridges.

Q My printer is not listed on the packaging

A Unfortunately we cannot fit all of the printers that are compatible with the cartridges on the box so we list the most popular printers on our packaging.

Q How many pages will the cartridge print?

A Unfortunately we cannot determine how many pages will be printed.  It all depends on how much ink is on the page i.e. you may print lots of photos or just print Letters. The cartridges themselves last just as long as the original cartridges if not longer because they are filled to the top.

Q What is with chip and without chip mean?

A We sell cartridges with chip and without for some printers.  Your printer needs a chip on the cartridge for it to be recognised.  We sell with chip so you can put the cartridges in your printer and they will work straight away, for a cheaper option we sell cartridges without chip because customers like to save money and transfer their old chips onto our new cartridges, to see how you do this click on a cartridge that says without chip on our website and click on the link this shows you exactly how to transfer the chip.
