Epson Ink Cartridges


Installing  the cartridge
  • Remove all packaging and insert the cartridge into the printer
  • Follow the instructions on screen to install the cartridge
  • Perform a head clean/nozzle clean through the printer software to get the ink flowing

Troubleshooting

Printer is producing cartridge error message
  • If the cartridge is producing an error message and won’t allow you to print then try removing the cartridge and installing again.
  • Check the cartridge you have pucrahsed is the correct one for your printer
Print quality is poor or printer is producing black sheets

  • If the print quality is poor then it means your print heads inside the printer need cleaning. To do this you need to go into your printer settings on the computer and perform what’s known as either a print head clean or nozzle clean.  This can be done several times to clean the print heads if required


Canon Ink Cartridges

  • Remove all packaging and insert the cartridge into the printer
  • Follow the instructions on screen to install the cartridge
  • The remanufactured Canon cartridges will often show low or empty ink levels. If you hold down the cancel button on your printer for 5 seconds then the printer will ignore the ink levels and allow you to print

  • If the cartridge is producing an error message and won’t allow you to print then try removing the cartridge and installing again. Also try cleaning the circuitry or chip with a moist tissue
  • If you have purchased a black and colour cartridge and you experience the problem above then please test both individually to identify which cartridge is causing a problem. To do this try the new colour cartridge with your old black cartridge. Then remove both and the new black cartridge with your old colour cartridge
  • Check the cartridge you have pucrahsed is the correct one for your printer

  • Perform a clean function through the printer software
