Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Cartridge Discount) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Cartridge Discount of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Postage and Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods on the same day as receipt of order. Most goods are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, the aim of which is that they should arrive next working day wherever possible.
If your order is heavy or bulky, and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a licensed UK carrier service at no additional charge to you.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so please check first. If your goods have not arrived within 15 days, upon confirmation that you have checked that the goods are not at your local sorting office and filled in a ‘Missing Package form’ that we will provide and submit to the Royal Mail a replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate.
Returns Policy
If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. The cartridge must be unopened and unused. Once received we can issue a refund or an exchange
Before any item is returned you must contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Cartridge Discount.
All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Any goods received without an RMA number will be classed as returned cartridges for recycling.
Your RMA Number
Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.
If Product is Faulty
If an item is faulty then it must be returned within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Once we receive the returned item and have identified the cartridge as faulty we will then issue a refund or replacement. Once again you must contact us before returning any item to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number
If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
If there has been a packaging error
If there is an error with you package you must contact us within 30 Days to get it resolved
Application of VAT
The Cartridge Discount is a trading name of Cartridge Tech Limited, which is VAT registered. Therefore VAT is included in our prices. VAT number is 842818316.
All brand names & trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. We are not associated with any printer or original equipment manufacturer.
