Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Cartridge Discount) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Cartridge Discount of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Postage and Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods on the same day as receipt of order. Most goods are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, the aim of which is that they should arrive next working day wherever possible.
If your order is heavy or bulky, and not suitable for delivery via Royal Mail, we may use a licensed UK carrier service at no additional charge to you.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
Returns and Refunds
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions. The Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number from Cartridge Discount. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Cartridge Discount. Cartridge Discount reserves the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Any goods received without an RMA number will be classed as returned cartridges for recycling.
Your RMA Number
Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.
If Product is faulty
Should a product ever fail to operate or become faulty simply contact us within 30 days and request a RMA number. We will exchange it for new or credit the purchase price at our discretion.
If Product is not faulty
If you have ordered the wrong product, please request a RMA number and return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. For non-faulty items you are responsible for the postage costs to return your items.
If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Application of VAT
The Cartridge Discount is a trading name of Cartridge Tech Limited, which is VAT registered. Therefore VAT is included in our prices. VAT number is 842818316.
All brand names & trademarks are the properties of their respective holders and are referred to for descriptive purposes only. We are not associated with any printer or original equipment manufacturer.
