If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. The cartridge must be unopened, unused and in a resellable condition. Once received we can issue a refund or an exchange. (Distance Selling Regulations 2010)
Before any item is returned we ask that you contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Cartridge Discount.
Please write the RMA number provided clearly on the outside of the package.
We also ask that you DO NOT use the green recycling envelope to return any items. Any items returned in the green mail bags will be sent directly to our recycling department which will delay the process of completing your returned order.
If a Product is Faulty
If an item is faulty and you report the problem to us within 30 days from the original order date, we can provide you with an RMA number so the item can be returned for a repair, replacement or refund. When a refund is requested, the full cost of the order including any initial paid delivery options will be issued withinin 7 days.
Don’t worry if an item that you have ordered encounters a fault after the first 30 days. All our products come with a 1 year guarantee, so we can firstly offer a repair service or if not possible a replacement item.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number and the relevant returns address.
Please note we only sell cartridges for UK printers. Cartridges purchased for printers bought outside the UK will not work and cannot be returned unless still in their sealed packaging.
If your goods are damaged
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
