We currently offer the following three delivery methods:
Free Standard Delivery *: This is a Royal Mail 2nd Class service with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 working days. The time scale is used as a guide and not guaranteed.
Royal mail 1st Class: The estimated delivery time for this service is 1 to 3 working days. Once again the time scale is used as a guide and not guaranteed.
Next Working Day: This service is only available for a UK Mainland delivery address (excludes Scottish Highlands). Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Please note that the delivery time can be up until 6 pm and a signature will be required upon delivery. In November and December delivery times can extend beyond 6 pm due to the increase in volume the courier companies experience. We currently cannot offer a Saturday delivery service so all orders placed before 3 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding public holiday).
* All Toner cartridges will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Courier, even when the Free Standard Delivery option is selected.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order. If for any reason we cannot send your order by the delivery method selected, we will upgrade your delivery method to the next available service at no extra cost to you. At our discretion we may upgrade larger orders to next day courier at no extra cost to you.
When an order is sent by Royal Mail and has not been received It is worth noting that we find a high proportion of missing items are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbor or colleague. Royal Mail should leave a card indicating this, however, there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all, so please check first.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not class a package as missing until 15 Working days have elapsed. Further details can be found on the Royal Mail website
If your goods have not arrived within 15 working days, a replacement will be offered or refund as appropriate. We also ask you kindly to complete a ‘missing package form’ which we can then submit to the Royal mail.
